Close but i think using $70 is a bit high. All my calcs are based on $40net. This is still a rediculous upside, and one im likely to get surprised to the upside on.

It really doesnt matter which method you use, every calculation comes out with AUT being rediculously undervalued and with rediculous upside. Sooner or later the market will respond. My bet is a few weeks with three more fracs in place it will have no choice.
