Benbto, without detracting from your sentiments, I beleive that it is three times the amount spent in the area of Interest not three time the amount spent by WGR. Or maybe I misunderstood your excellent post. But you are rights, its a good deal for both parties.

I am a little diasspointed that WGR will expend a significant part of their funds upgrading the resource rather than adding to it as I think the former will have minimal effect on the share price whereas the latter will.
