re: chm win but < than $50m and become wort... After getting out when CHM went to 10+cents a number of years ago, I have been reading the CHM thread on and off for years. All to often it has become a soap box of differing personalities.
I am not going to sit here and say i have been keeping up with the goings of the court case, however with 1.24bil shares on issue and something like 200mil options in the money and not yet exercised those stating that 10% of the shares have been turned over are inaccurate. This would equate to approx 150mil share per week on a fully diluted basis of 124m of those currently on issue. Last week saw 53mil shares traded with the week before being 64mil the volume for each of the past 2 weeks is closer to 5% turnover per week. Remembering traders will purchase 1mil share to make 1 or 2 tenths of a cent which is a good return.
Those reading the comments of others may I implore you to check (at least the basics) of what is being posted. Most company secretaries are happy to have a brief chat in relation to the ongoings of the company.
PS I don't hold any, nor will I ... simply a policy I have after I have already made plenty from a company that has not shown any material change in its business.
Cheers
