For details of the management contract, refer to the prospectus. There is no termination clause allowing CTN to terminate the contract. The contact expires in 2014, but I expect the current management will extend the contract well before it expires.

No point talking to management imo, they will do anything to keep control and keep extending the management contract to their own benefit.

Is anyone familiar with the rules normally preventing a company issuing more than a certain number of shares without shareholder approval? Is there any reason it does not apply to this company?

I hold about 340,000 and would support a replacement of directors, but not a fire sale of assets.
