re: Ann: Industrea buy-back of convertible bo... A bit idiosyncratic post of mine - apologies.

The fact is that if IDL is drawing on this facility the the bond holders can issue the capital to IDL and simply redeem by selling on market. In effect IDL is really holding its own shares down by drawing.

So for me the question is : IS IDL drawing on this facility and therefroe indirectly creating the capping ?

I am a bit suspicious these days - sorry
