    i wonder how many homeowners with a mortgage have a 1.78 interest cover?

    Is only paper work and rules, they are paying the interest, the bank is making money. Its just time now to wait.

    The question is when will we see the last of the assets writedowns? Maybe next report will show stabilization or an increase in values, that will put a fire under the price.

    I sit and wait, and I have truckloads...
