    With AEZ trading at 4.7c and a CURRENT NTA of 24c im sure the market has priced the risks in already. Im certain Finch is correct in saying that there is no other REIT on the asx with a larger gap between NTA and stock price.

    I await the day when mr market realises that there is a damn good return to come on AEZ for the patient.
