It's possible that some money has switched from ADI into AUT, looking at the price movements.
As to the Easley fracc - they seem to have stopped early and may not have had the fracc organised. Could be a while yet though I would expect them to report when the frac is done and whether it was successful. They may have hit problems similar to those that TCEI had with Weston but they seemed to have avoided the mechanical failures that left TCEI fishing for lost machinery. Better to move on and maintain momentum. I dare say that they are developing the technology and experience as they go.
As to the news blackout, there are ways of giving hints on flows (perhaps using Kennedy flows as a unit of measure) and they can give an update on other ops such as Kowalik.
To claim that by hiding the results to gain advantage in negotiations is to treat the landowners in question as complete morons. Landowners along the outer edges of the AMI might have leverage. Those surrounded by AMI leased land are just kidding themselves. The drilling on the AMI will take years - that's years of SFA to them if they hold out trying to create a nuisance. And individual landowners frustrating drilling in their area are potentially causing loss to their neighbours - those who actually live on their land will have to live with their neighbours. I dare say that some might be able to cause inconvenience but the true impact might be years away.
By then, ADI will be doing other projects.
