This Shell provisional t/o situation, is very complicated for AOE. They have numerous parties in the loop including lng; nhc; agk and more. Also their international partners around Asia. All have a bearing on the price.

It would surprise me if we hear anything before Tuesday or Wednesday next week earliest.

I also think that AOE won't be hurrying unduely so as to give time for a rival bidder to emerge. However, considering the complexity of the situation, no rival bid is likely to emerge until after a formal t/o is lodged by Shelland before AOE's board recommendations are public.
