My optimisim derived from the fact that all "the bad things" are already factored in the sp and all the potentials are not!
Any good surprise from the UK HZ will triple your money. Any decent progress in Taz will multiple your money by factor of more than 5. Imagine what will happen if we get both?

Yeah. This is a wishful thinking...but I think there is a good chance for something to happen. If not, at least we had a good dream :)

To your question: since the volume is too low, I believe there is no leak of "inside information".
