    If its Nystar it will have to be offers over .20c as that is the floor Toho already said they would buy at .20c and Toho will want alot more then that for it to be worthwhile. I reckon Toho and CBH announced that allocation at .20c to flush out Nystar or any other bidder as I don't think the .20c transaction has gone through yet has it?
