Looks to me like Anglo aren't excercising the option but simply retaining the ability to.
Particularly when considered in conjunction with "If AngloGold exercise the option and completes all of the above Westgold retains a 25% interest in the tenement free carried to the completion of this revised Feasibility Study."
So to me what this release says is anglo and wgr are arguing about a) who has the rights to EL24989 b) who pays for the feasibilty study & c) whether the expiry is one month from completion of a feasibility study of 6 months from the JORC.
