So in effect a merry -go round lease swap with a
Tanz govt utility. I thought for a minute that RAK Gas
might have blinked. I remember a few weeks ago that Kalmsg
reported an important meeting in the Ras al Khaima Emirate
between the Crown Prince & all the Tanzanian oil bigwigs.
I had been waiting for some outcome or change in the stance of RAK in the awful waiting game. As you say, the
increase in holdings by Aminex in Nyuni is a positive
step but not the pressie we had been expecting - like jilted brides or kids with empty pillow cases.
I can't really work out if Aminex was gypped or got a good deal with the Kenya swap.
