Yes 18% rise would have been very line ball. Rarely see a speeding ticket given for that sort of rise. The fact that they just received one and the rise this time is actually lower and it is 15%+ lower shareprice than it reached on the last speeding ticket indicates to me confirms even further to me that you wouldn't get a ticket on this sort of rise.
