re: Ann: Arrow Awarded Licence for Surat Glad... AOE stuffed up. A few weeks back they let slip to the media that they might need to raise equity....shares fall from >$4 to $3.40. Since then no matter what good news they release they can't get the price up. They should have made the international IPO know at the same time they discussed needing to raise funds. That wouldn't have spooked the market so much.

As it is we've had 3 pieces of good news - reserve upgrade, AOEI IPO and the pipeline license and a 20% share price fall to show for it
