Yes it is bottom basement offer, but I would rather hand my shares over to Albers/Octanex than Morton/Langusch/GGX.
On a second issue, now that we know Albers is against the merger with GGX, I would doubt whether Morton and ESG would have the numbers in the vote on acquiring Mortons' shares.
While I am not jumping for joy, I see this as good news all round. The icing will be to see Langusch out of job.
