Yes I do really beleive that... As an individual he has the biggest stake in Artemis.... Also he is a director and substantial holder of CUE as well...
MOG and CUE combined Albers has strong standing, say 30% worth...
MEO as a operator can select the farminee and negotiate the concessions for their stake and that is all.... Any development would need to be done between all parties..
