Ann: Webfirm and Adslot to Merge , page-20

Jaluma - i am not here for your entertainment. It is a rumour and i dont post rumours.

As i understood it the deal with microsoft was for adslot to host their technology on their new platform. This is not a deal that contributes revenue. I am referring to a revenue transaction.

That said, as i often do, i may have mistaken the deal between microsoft and adlsot, please advise.

I understand that the deal completes with adslot next week and the shares will be issued to adslot and the rights supporters, this should rerate the company to account for the increase in market cap.

It will be interesting to see who the new major shareholders are after the dust settles.

One of my brokers has confirmed (note the difference Jaluma) that an analyst is currently writing a report and will begin to cover webfirm in the coming weeks, unfortunately as the analyst was with a different company there was no detail. we shall see what unfolds in time.
