My opinion is the same as yours. The previous ann about acquiring origins stake was chicken feed in monetary terms compared to this. Todays ann leads me to believe that either NWE has a lot of faith in these permits, or that they do indeed have an unannounced farm in partner that is cashed up. I think it may mean both of the above.
