HI, I also have a similar loan, I have bought extra top 100 stocks and that allops it to be margined, i know how it feels, I have 2 stocks I am heavey in and I need to be careful.I am trying to diversify so i am not caught.
I think anz are the only ones that margin against aez.
I am also of the mind its a good buy, still risk, but the value of buildings will be there in time to come, just a matter of hanging in.
we should see a lift in the price of aez today
