The feed back I have is that MMX lawyers spent most of closing statements arguing down the level of compensation and have conceded that something dodgy took place.

MMX are in damage control and the smart money has conceded that CHM will win. Where opinions differ is quantum.

MMX backers saying under 20 million and CHM supporters saying north of $100 million.

Hoohoo what directors have sold ?

Ben E and his fellow directors have taken the case to court, represented shareholders interests and the only people who attack them are shareholders in MMX.

Like MMX Hoohoo you only now how to play the man and not the ball. Something MMX is going to come to regret and they should have dealt with this a long time ago.

CHM and MMX thread has dried up as you can only say the same thing so many times.

The people who may not run a company again are certain officers who came out originally and said that this case was without foundation. Why would you cross claim against Barnes and Grimaldi if there was no foundation to the case ?
