Rich - Good article. It looks like Jindal are still very interested. Now that Jindal has learnt it the hard way - maybe they will come back with 56 cents offer and this time around without any of those "silly"/"non-sense" conditions (eg. digging themselves, further issue of shares to Jindal at 42c, etc).
