I have asked the question of DC a numbeer of times and he usually answers me but on the merger he has been silent. I reckon that says that he knows it is not defensible. And it is not clearly in OIP shareholder's interests. The reality has always been that OIP has NOT been an independent company just an offshoot of ESG (and still 23% owned) ... that's why ESG management's rationale needs to be communicated!
