Winding up does have merit and I'd take that option without fail, but the SPP is closed and the monies received, so any windup would include the new shares. Okay the NTA will still be higher but I believe part of the issue with the large gap is the unknown factor relating to the amount of shares that are coming on. Yes CTN management have indicated through another announcement they will allow large holders to participate in the shortfall, but that announcement may just give us an idea that the SPP has fallen short of the mark. I actually think it may be well short.

If that's the case, the NTA will be higher than we think... for now.
