Thanks Betman, i thought the first response had a fairly "dismissive" air about it. Intend to chase this down a bit but really not expecting much from his answer .... other than an opportunity to open up further online "chats" with him.

With comments like the following in his initial response I wonder whether he thinks s/h are a bunch of dimwits;
"With the SPP we are asking the shareholders for $0.87 and they will receive assets worth between $1.30 and $1.40 depending on take up. This is a strong benefit to shareholders."

It is the most basic "sales pitch" I have ever read .... oh we are buying $1.40 of value for 87c .... never heard such rubbish in my life .... should have read
"if you do not want your shareholding to be heavily diluted you have to stump up $15k so that we can invest it for you (very badly) and we will deliver a share price that is about 65% of the NTA!!! By the way for every dollar you invest we will rip out a few % in management fees."
