I was told old management bought the plant from the receiver and are running it in a private and most likely quite profitable operation. I doubt they would have paid more than 25% of cost and even less than current replacement, but that was more money than Steinpress was interested in finding, he just wanted a dirt cheap shell he could easily relist.
