I think several things about the management.

Firstly, Guisepope Mercorella isnt a oil guy. He's a racing guy, linked to the Tulloch Lodge syndicate.

Secondly, he's issued him and his mates a whole bunch of cheap shares, and paid themselves some pretty decent salaries.

Thirdly, he's pulled off a brilliant corporate move in successfully splitting the Cooper assets off - as well as making 50% for Entek investors, Lion shares are double what they were at the point of split.

Fourthly, he's resurrected the company.

Finally, he may be selling Bula and the drilling rig for enough money to solve many of CUE's problems with project financing Oyong.

Much as I like Tino, I have to nomine Guispeppe Mercorella for Oil Patch CEO of the Year.
