I agree somewhat with your comments about thanking god they have taken on their only asset.
However out of this process we already have some cash, MMX shares and I believe all of CHM ground now cleared of plaints.
They also defeated the actions brought by Dick Whitebread one of the non attending defence witnesses.
Already it has some assets again.
All this with the main game yet to play out.
