Seriously don't believe the rampers (who are probably participating in the placement such as Factaa, if you believe him) who have so much to gain i.e. your capital and profit if you stay in.
the report clearly say's the stocks CURRENT value post private placement will be 15c i.e. $6m/39m shares. I assume they are the experts with full access to the information not the people on HC. There is no issue with believing in the company. I am just saying protect your capital and profit now and come back later.
