Warning warning Doctor Robinson
The calls for the demise of CHM now have been going on for a long time but gee they are still around.
CHM in my view will either through a court decision
get cash and direct interest in Crossland.
Alternatively MMX will realise that it doesnt want to leave it in the hands of the judge.
In this case it will be cash and MMX shares.
So in one senario CHM would get an interest indirectly in port.
In fact with them already owning MMX shares we have an interest.

As a CHM shareholder I can see a point in the future where CHM could spin out its mining tenaments which have had claims removed into a new entity.
Then they could leave their interest in IO assets they will get from this case and cash and transform into a funder and manager of external cases. Their winning will translate into a royalty style income stream.
I think they have done well at managing this, the Koh matter and the are other good examples of listed funders.
I dont have a problem with this and they will have cut their teeth well and truely on this one.
The best thing coming up will be that final submissions will be public documents. Then people like us will get a review of the case as presented to the judge.
Should be interesting reading.
