Farming fish will become very important in the next 10 years given escalating world food demand, the increased cost of oil, expanding populations and the fact that wild fisheries are in limited resource.
Consumer demand for fish continues to climb, especially in affuent, developed nations. Aquaculture has been experiencing a boom since the mid 1980s. sustaining a growth rate of around 9% per year, today it continues to expand in almost all world regions.
News can't be far away now.
