Albers holds majority of shares and he is not intending to dump his shares. His intentions are pretty clear, to build a big enterprise company that produces oil and gas.
So the theory of pump and dump by directors are out the door.
Karoon is very high risk, not much upside but big downside on bad news. Would rather hold MOG than KAR...
