Thanks for answering the question about the missing period in MMX - not. Still love to know how it went from insolvent company to acquiring the assets.
CHM have supplied an explanation and in it MMX was no innocent party but up to its eyeballs in the dirty deeds.
This isnt a criminal trial but a civil matter. MMX has to put up a defence.
CHM laid out its case and most importantly brought witnesses to court who were happy to take the stand.
MMX had to provide evidence to show that things did not occur as set out by CHM.
Problem was current management wasnt there at the time as they love to point out and those that were refused to take the stand I guess for fear of self incrimination.
My little birdy is saying that CHM clearly proved that without the misuse of CHM MMX would never have acquired the assets as it didnt have two cents to rub together.
It couldnt even pay its listing fee's let alone the installments for IO assets.
The question is will MMX leave it in the hands of the judge ?
If they do it really is an all or nothing gamble. Trouble is the ego of the current management may have just painted them into a corner.
