Haven't bothered to contact ASIC, they don't seem to be able to do much of anything. Look at the case with TZL, luckily they had a knight in shining armour come along and save them, but I doubt that will happen here.

ASIC might do a little prosecution in the TZL case, but have proven to be toothless!

I am not saying don't contact them, but can't see the results coming, especially after reading that response.
