apparently PYM are tight for cash thus selling small interests in projects allows them to go into more projects until they are getting good income. They are hoping this project is going to be a money maker and pay for itself. Sounds exciting! Todays volume is someone taking a big stake. Also getting rid of old tired holders. More of this please
