    Hi axlsusie,

I agree mngmt will 'appear' to be on their best behaviour and in doing so, will run rings around ASIC, just like everyone else does. There are plenty of laws to be selective of to stay within and the first law is that this pile is so big that it is not allowed to fall over in case it hurts the banks. That law has already been enacted. Everyone else can go to hell. The second law is the law of residual value and that is the one that affects CNP holders and it is yet to be fully enacted this time around. Now if someone can come up with a NTA for CNP and a top twenty shareholder list this will become very self explanatory of where the allegiances are.

Any solution is going to concern CER as well as CNP as well as the other unlisted funds. It will be a combined outcome and it will cost someone plenty.

investor warning. beware of pom poms and cheer leaders.

    holding CER

as far as best behaviour goes, CNP are adept at foisting debt around and it will happen again under the ruse of best management for financial survival. (of the banks)
