What about the Orchard deal? I thought that was meant to be completed by end Dec. Why has the company not made any announcment on this?
The new transaction is very confusing and even the company says it is highly speculative. I am also concerned about too many related parties. Wayne Bellman is now at Arturus and based on a google search BNP Petroleum is Paul Black's company. Therefore it seems all the other parties to this deal are run by ex-directors of Modena. I was holding shares on the basis of the excitement regarding Orchard but think it might be time to get out if they are now doing deals with ex-directors as why would they be doing any favours to Modena.
Any thoughts? Am I missing something here?
