Business Development Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for promoting all Companys products and services either personally or by instruction (i.e. oversea) have new and organic business growth opportunities identified, analysed, costed, verified, submitted, presented and negotiated with target clients.
Ensure business growth, profitability and increase market penetration.
Prime responsibility in generating leads, establishing proposals and developing high quality presentations re: value propositions for clients.
Co-ordinate and participate in new and organic business growth proposals entered by Company to both new and existing customers.
Liaise as required with Companys management to ensure the cost competitiveness of all proposals/submissions entered.
Analyze Client business needs and clearly communicate agreed upon scope of work between Project Managers/Consultants and Clients appropriately.
Maintain a detailed and accurate knowledge/database of competitor activities across Indonesia market.
As required contribute to the negotiation of contracts and implementation of business proposals.
As appropriate, provide advice to Project Managers on performance efficiencies which will support the achievement of satisfactory outcomes for customers.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
Clear understanding of the various aspects of sales, marketing and account management with strong skills in market analysis, managing client relationships, identifying and crafting business opportunities and professional communications
Prior experience in implementing marketing strategies and producing the associated marketing programs, analyses and plans would be an advantage.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results
Computer literate
Self-starter and an effective team player with excellent networking and communications skills
Experience in conferences and events is an added advantage, though not a requirement
At least 5 years of working experience in account management and sales with proven track record
Conduct periodic business review, conclude and execute immediate corrective action plan if required.
Experience in identifying and securing business opportunities with new customers
Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia writing, communication skills and good presentation skills
