Remember, this is (a) offshore, and (b) gas.
A flow of 3 mmcf/day would be kinda sort of worthwhile if it was onshore gas ... offshore, fuggedaboutit. The capex would kill you.
My guess right now is that Moby is towards the estimated P90 size, and thus will join the rest of the small stranded gas discoveries in Australia.
