Arrow have one of the best management teams in the International Gas and Energy business. The wild card in 2010 will be the Shell factor. Shell want to build on their Arrow investment and this may see the price head well north of $6 if they are serious.
Arrow have a world best protfolio of investments across several continents and I believe will deliver better than avarage returns.
I am holding and continue to build my position on any weakness.
