    Moby,

I look at the historical zinc stocks, the problem is people are focusing on recent rises yet in the late 90s zinc stock were double what they are now.

I reckon we are at a point where stockpiles are still relatively low, only a few weeks of world consumption is held in the LME we have large elephant mines like Century and Red Dog either coming to the end of their lives or their grades are dropping significantly.

World consumption from countries like China and India is set to soar in the coming years with very few if any new large mine coming on stream, this is why Kim Robinson is so focused on Admiral bay being the make or break future for Kagara.

If Admiral Bay does work then we will be looking at a company that is a fair bit larger than OZL and we will all be looking back saying gee i could have picked those up for $1 but i waited for the price to drop because i thought zinc stockpiles were rising.

When KZL were last at $7 i was very happy and very rich, i could have only dreamed of getting more at $1, and now i have the chance to do it again.

In 1999 and 2000 i was buying KZL at 26c to 30c and friends were saying "are you Mad, Zinc stinks" stockpiles are high prices are low. That was exactly the reason i was buying, as it appeared to be right at the bottom of the cycle, very little downside a lot of upside and a mine that was looking to be timed with the next upswing, Kim timed it perfectly. That is what i suspect will happen with the timing of Admiral Bay providing they manage to get it running, remembering that it is an extremely risky venture.

Sorry to babble on but i am very passionate about KZL, i like the way they are run. and i think they are a real sleeper.
