As a little Heartener I went looking for an article that best describes Russell Langusch's situation at Drillsearch earlier this year, with the end result of him resigning. I will let you judge to the level of similarity with the Orion situation. In my opinion we are lacking the independent voice that Drillsearch had on the board. Although I think we are on track for a similar level of acceptance from the Orion shareholder of the GGX deal - 2%.
