Very shocked by this and obviously the company is too. I have tried to ring the co but calls going through to an answering machine.
Will have to sit tight this week to learn what action can take place. One major question is does this judgement have any forward effect on the legal abilty to sell and market current syringes ($ damages and working capital aside).
