Wasn't that just the best trade for both BOW and VPE. BOW sold their 3.75% of ATP574 to get rid of something that was always going to be difficult to manage. And they not only got market price but they got a swag of VPE shares. Ron knows exactly what VPE will be worth ( over $1.66 ),... so he signed on the dotted line.

A great deal for BOW and an even better deal for VPE ( they picked up cash and another 20% of Growler and Snatcher. )

You could argue which was better. But two fantastic deals all the same.
