coal price set to increase 20% to 30% in 2010. also, macquarie has upgraded their recommendation on CEY. its all looking strong from here after the breakout. most brokers like CEY bcos its sp hasn't preformed as mush as its peers. she is not done yet... instead she has grown more legs after brokeout.
