I had a quick look at my charts to find an example of this type of trading pattern that has already played out.
I found it in IOH
Now you can see the potential and proof of my rantings.

With the current involvement of TATE and CSN it is a distinct possibility that we may too have the overshoot in SP and faster achievement.
BRIC are growing and have needs, both these companies understand this so well.
Coal is one need that RIV has more than enough of.
