Please do not take this as an "I told you so"

But I can't believe how a mug like me could so easily see through the sickening spin that these guys laid on shareholders. I don't think I've ever seen a more disgraceful performance from a company.

Right now when shareholders really need to know what's going on their mouths are shut! So a subsidiary is threatened with a wind up. What is the responsibility of the parent company?

Presumably they had their spinaker up sailing in their new boat dreaming about how they had promised to make a profit (well they couldn't bring themselves to say that word -- they preferred words like positive cash flow)

Then they suspended themselves for yonks and told shareholders nothing. But once communication lines were re-opened they were effusive in their praise of how they were doing.

During this period the share price continued to drop from about 25 cents.

I would like to know the truth about the feelings of the new team. They are a respectable and experienced group of professionals. They would have done their due diligence and known what they were getting themselves in for. On that basis I can't believe that this is the end. In fact if I hadn't been so badly burned by the previous mob and had my faith in this company so completely destroyed I would seriously consider getting back in now.

Good luck to those who are pouring in at under 4c. Commiserations to those long term holders who must feel completely dudded!

After all it sounds like they are selling a good product - where did things go wrong?
