the goal of a rights issue is to raise funds for the co - correct?
In this case the funds will be used to fund cornea and braveheart - correct?
If the rights issue fails how do they fund the drills?
Im not dismissing your comments or the fact you spoke to the co, however i think you are missing the point that a few others are trying to make.
