undervalued

As you have all worked out I have a real soft spot for this company. I have been a believer since day 1 or have I been a victim ?
FACTS. Company has a market Cap of $9 million
Today the company has $4 million in the bank.
Today it holds 30% of between 5 to 6 billion tons of magnetite.
Today it holds 30% of Telecom Hill's Heamatite deposit.
Today it still holds those Northern Territory Uranium deposits.
Today it has a well balanced board with no external influeces.

So is this undervalued ? Should it's price be around 10 to 15 cents ?Will it be taken over? I wish I knew!!!!!!!

Any advice would be appreciated !!!
