also just a call today.
call was from Gresham Partners.
they act for LLC
they rang because of number of shares I held, and because I had voted "No".
I explained that I had just sold all my holding.
I gave him an earful about conduct of LLP directors, and he acknowledged that other s/h held a similar view.
He promised he would pass on my concerns.

But waste of breath because he acts for LLC.

Anyway, I will watch with interest as to how Vote goes.
